I knew Mr. Gerent through his daughter Nancy, who was my basketball coach in high school. He and Mrs. G were always so nice to me and all of the other team members when we were all invited over to their house. I remember seeing him and Luke together and how much his grandson adored him and vice versa. Such a good man. My sincerest condolences to Mrs. G, Nancy, and the whole extended Gerent family.

I am saddened by Harry's death. Our family was a longtime member of the CAC and remember Harry when he was Athletic Director. I also think my dad, Ed Eisele, helped Harry get into the real estate business, or simply advised him. Also, if memory serves me, as a young boy I accompanied my dad and Harry on several fishing trips - great times. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Gerent family. Kindest Regards, Bill

After reading Harry's obituary, I just had to write and express my condolences to the family. I first met Harry sometime in the late 1970's or early 1980's when he was attending marketing meetings of commercial brokers. I used to work at Continental Realty in Vermilion with Ed Westbrook and Jim Knechtges and we were all active with various brokerage groups. Harry was such a delightful person. Always worked hard for his clients. I have much respect for him and wish the family well.

Dear Gerent Family, I just wanted to offer my sincere condolences for your loss. Although this is a difficult time may you find comfort in the special memories you shared as well as in the loving arms of family and friends. I have also found much comfort in the promises found at John 5:28,29 about the resurrection hope as well as Rev,21:4 where God promises to do away with all the things that cause us suffering and pain including death forever. It is my sincere hope that these thoughts bring your family comfort as well. Laura
