I am very proud of you, John Robert. Because of you, I believe the last 2 years of Uncle Steve's life were his very best. I know he was very happy with his "2 TV's"!!!!

I have such fond memories of visiting Steve during my times I visited Ohio. He had such a vibrant personality and could always get me laughing and smiling. From sharing pictures, to telling stories of my dad and uncles when they were younger, to walking around his house picking vegetables from his garden, I always had a great time when with Steve. He will be dearly missed.

I would like to thank Steve for opening his home and heart to John and me. I will forever cherish the memories, my favorite being how sincerely he welcomed me into the Moro Family. It meant a lot to me to go through boxes and boxes of old family photos and to see a lifetime of love and happiness between him and John. It brought me closer to my husband by showing me his past! I loved seeing my husband and his brothers as little boys in front of his Christmas tree. It was cute seeing them on the mound of dirt as Steve dug the basement for his home! We all got a laugh to see you two on vacation in Vegas. It also touched our hearts when he asked us to move up to Ohio and help with his home! In another time, with no commitments here, who knows. Steve was a good uncle. John misses him already. Rest in Peace. Kim Moro

You will certainly be missed dear Steve (Silvio). I will miss our checkers games, bingo, and all the times I came to see you and the big, bright smile you gave me! At least now you won't be lonely with your wife and your dear son by your side. Rest in peace my friend. Val

We were saddened to hear of Uncle Steve's death. We wish we could have known him personally because he sounds like he was a real character who enriched the lives of those he knew. However, we feel we were fortunate to get a glimpse of his spunky personality through our son-in-law John Moro who had a great deal of respect for him. May God's comfort and peace surround John and Leslie and the entire family during this difficult time.
